The Program
The program is a 2 year experience-based commercial development program that aims to develop the future sales
leaders within DuPont. It offers you:
• A challenging sales role as a permanent employee, in a team selling highly sophisticated products, in one of the
13 DuPont businesses.
• The chance to develop your career as a business professional while learning a wide variety of sales skills as well as
touching on marketing and other aspects of the business.
• A development curriculum providing formal training and experience in core and functional competencies, DuPont
business processes and the DuPont core values.
• Excellent mentoring and networking opportunities in a world-class science and engineering company.
• The role will be based in one of the following countries: France, Germany, Sweden, Denmark or Russia. Travel is
anticipated in the role regardless of location.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for motivated and commercially minded individuals with the ambition to become successful business
professionals in a global organization. Your profile should include:
• An Engineering or Agronomy degree with a strong
business interest.
• 0-2 years working experience and/or an internship
or experience in a marketing, sales or business role
would be an asset.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal
skills with a desire to work in a people-oriented
environment.
• A strong customer oriented approach to identifying
and solving complex problems.
• A self-driven attitude with the ambition to
continuously learn in a fast paced and multifaceted
organization.
• Fluent English as well as the language of the country
where you will be working.
