COB Maintains AACSB Accreditation
AACSB Notable Achievement for
COB and the School of
Accounting
The AACSB recently announced that the
JMU College of Business and School of
Accounting have maintained their
accreditation.
JMU MSA Program Ranked #1
Nationally in CPA Exam Pass Rate
Congratulations to the JMU MSA program
for its recent recognition. The program has
been ranked number one nationally for its CPA exam pass rate.
AACSB Appoints Robert D. Reid
as New Chief Accreditation
Officer
Robert D. Reid, former dean at James
Madison University’s College of Business
and the school’s founding Executive
Director of the Interpersonal
Effectiveness Institute, will succeed Jerry
Trapnell as AACSB International’s chief
accreditation officer on October 1, 2012.

entrepreneurial initiative: Direct
Congress. Cory’s concept is simple –
develop a grassroots movement in which
the people of this country can create and vote on laws themselves,
eliminating the need for elected congressional leaders who only
