Age 16 and Older: $110; Under Age 16: $80
(if under 16, both parents must be present with valid ID)
Execution Fee: (Payable by Check or Money Order)
$25 (regardless of age)
Photo Fee (Payable by Check or Money Order)
$15 (regardless of age)
