Notice to City of Napoleon Light & Power Customers:
The City of Napoleon Electric Department has received numerous calls from
customers stating they are being solicited to change electric providers. Some of
these calls have originated from Guatemala. Please do not give out any personal
information over the phone. The City of Napoleon Electric Department wishes to
inform its customers that Napoleon Light & Power is a closed system by virtue of
it being municipally owned. No private company can become a provider of
service in this system.
The Napoleon Electric Department wishes to assure its customers that the City of
Napoleon along with its affiliate AMP-Ohio (American Municipal Power) strives
to provide its customers the best service at the best rate possible.
