Our legal name is Wells Fargo Bank Northwest, National Association. We are a national banking association, chartered under the laws of the United States of America, regulated and supervised by the Comptroller of the Currency. Our principal office is located in Ogden, Utah, and the State of Utah has been designated as the place for UCC filings. What are your office hours? Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. What are your wire instructions? For security reasons we do not publish our wire instructions on our Web site. Please contact your relationship manager for wire instructions. 6. Can an owner trust facilitate N-registration? Yes, a trust can often facilitate this registration. Some entities are not able to register aircraft with the FAA. 7. Can you do Delaware or Connecticut Statutory Trusts? Do you provide or arrange for financing? Corporate Trust Services does not provide or arrange financing for collateral. Other areas of Wells Fargo do provide financing, including Wells Fargo Equipment Finance. 9. Is collateral other than aircraft okay? Yes, other types of collateral that have been put into a trust include barges, cruise ships, railroad locomotives, railroad cars, aircraft landing slots, intermodal containers, manufacturing equipment, telecommunications equipment, and electric and gas generating facilities (both foreign and domestic). 10. I've seen an aircraft listed for sale, and Wells Fargo is named as the registered owner. How do I purchase this aircraft? While the aircraft may be registered in our name, we act only at the direction of the Beneficiary of the trust. The Beneficiary of the trust is the one to contact, but due to confidentiality restrictions, we are unable to release any information about the Beneficiary. You can fax your contact information and the details of the aircraft you are interested in to us at 1-801-246-7142. We will forward your inquiry to the Beneficiary. 11. What if I need to invest my funds in the trust? Wells Fargo offers a variety of investment options to meet your transaction requirements. You do not need a license to operate a two-way VHF radio, radar, or ELT aboard aircraft operating domestically unless you land in a foreign country or communicate by radio with foreign ground stations. Flying in international or foreign airspace is permitted, as long as the previous conditions are met. If you travel to a foreign destination, such as Canada, Mexico, Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, you must have a license. 13.
