2016-2017 Health Insurance Agent Referral List
Developed as a resource for Impact 2-1-1 and Milwaukee area enrollment assisters, this list is
maintained by the Milwaukee Enrollment Network (MKEN).
The following independent agents are serving the Milwaukee/Southeastern Wisconsin area and are open to receiving referrals from enrollment assisters. These agents
are registered with OCI and certified on the Federally Facilitated Marketplace, have completed the state BadgerCare+ continuing education course, and are contracted
with a minimum of 50% of the Qualified Health Plans offered in southeast Wisconsin.
