Thinking about a casual, relaxed setting for your special day?
Alstede Farms has a unique, tranquil venue for your reception. Our Harvest Hall provides you
with a beautiful, rural setting amidst permanently preserved farmland. Among the many
options for your event, we offer hay wagon rides, a full catered menu and a cozy campfire to
round out the evening.

Parking at Harvest Hall
An Attendant for the length of the event
Reception for four hours
2 hours decorating time before the event

$100 per hour for each additional hour
$250 deposit to secure date and time.
An additional $250 deposit due 6 weeks prior to event. Remaining balance due the day of the event. Deposits
are transferrable but not refundable. Food and beverage cost and deposit are additional.

Upon availability
Pose for a stunning photo with a panoramic view of the farm as your backdrop. Or perhaps a
stroll among the peach orchard is more to your liking.
Includes:
One hour access to a designated site.
1 hay wagon for one hour for up to 50 people.
Examples include the duck pond, peach or apple orchard, hay pyramid, corn maze).
Many of our most scenic areas on our farm allow public access. We will do our best to ensure
your privacy for your photo session during our busy seasons.
Wedding Favors
Give your guests a taste of Alstede Farms. We are now offer custom wedding favors – syrups or
preserves — that can be personalized.
The 2oz syrup bottles come by the case (48 bottles per) and come in Blueberry, Raspberry,
Blackberry, Maple Praline, and N/S Blackberry. The cost is $2.50 per bottle or $120 per case.
The Preserves are available in a 10 oz. jar or 5 oz. jar. They come in cases of 12 and the flavors
are Strawberry, Blueberry, Blackberry, Peach Pecan, and Strawberry Fig. The cost is $8 ($96 per
case) for the 10 oz. jar or $5 ($60 per case) for the 5 oz. jar.
Prices include the cost of labeling and there is a discount for purchasing more than 9 cases.

Campfire for 3 hours with 30 s’mores kits. $229
Each additional s’mores kit is $6.99 per kit.

Additional access for set up/decorating the day before $100 per hour.

For every 40 people, a server will be needed at $125.00 for 5 hours. Please see
catering menu.

Décor: Hay bales, peach baskets, gunny sacks, flowers, pumpkins, Indian corn,
or any additional decorations for tables priced per item.

Décor & Vendor Restrictions
All décor and vendors must be approved by management prior to the event.
We do not allow nails, tacks, glue, paint, confetti, fireworks, sparklers or candles.
You may use flameless candles
Harvest Hall is a smoke free facility
Set up time starts at 10am the day of the event
All set-up must be complete at least 2 hours prior to event.
All articles brought in must be taken out immediately after the event.
Table Arrangements
If your party is not big enough to fill all the tables and chairs in the room, those
tables will be dressed with linen tablecloths and left in the room. If you wish to
have the tables and chairs removed we will do so for a fee of $200.
Event Time
All pricing is based on the time stated in the package. If you wish to stay longer
than the allotted time there will be a charge of $100 per hour. This must be agreed
upon prior to the event. All events must be concluded by 10pm.
Final Payment
You will receive your invoice at the end of your event, at which time payment in
full is due.
High Volume Days
If you plan your event here in September or October be aware that we have an
extremely high volume of traffic on the farm. Your guests will need to allow
enough time to make it to your event on time.
