Campus
CEDEP’s premises are designed exclusively to encourage inspired learning. Set in the peaceful
Fontainebleau forest (but not too far from Paris), it has four amphis, six flatrooms, numerous
breakout rooms, a special digital design room for video and audio recording, webinars and web
conferences, excellent restaurant and fitness centre – all available to members to bring together
companies with worldwide branches. There are infinite possibilities at CEDEP –
the spaces are continually adapting and can often be informal, original and unexpected, as required
for each individual programme. CEDEP also encourages walks in the vast forest surroundings
to give participants the freedom to reflect.

Expanding your horizons
At CEDEP, we encourage our members to take full advantage of our campus and make themselves at home.
Programmes can be set up in traditional teaching rooms or organised in an informal manner; guest speakers can
welcome participants around the fireplace, or during a wine and cheese event or a themed evening.
CEDEP even has an outdoor amphi for use when the weather permits. All campus spaces are flexible and can
be adapted to members’ teaching and learning requirements.
Residence
Based in the heart of the Fontainebleau forest, CEDEP’s campus also offers a residence for its
members. The peaceful location is ideal for participants to relax and reflect on their learning.
Bedrooms are equipped to make guests feel at home. Participants enjoy walking and biking
in the forest, visiting the Fontainebleau Château and gardens, as well as shopping in the beautiful
town centre. CEDEP also has a gym, sauna and jacuzzi for relaxing and fun activities like darts,
snooker, table football, a pinball machine and a Wii for use in the bar during evening networking!
We want our participants to enjoy every moment of their time at CEDEP.

organised daily but reserved areas of the restaurant or private rooms can be arranged for group
dining with guest speakers or intimate member dinners.

Every day there is a starter buffet with a choice of salads,
crudités, cold meats, seafood and seasonable vegetables
and dressings. There are two different main courses
proposed – one meat dish and one fish one. There is
always one vegetable dish and one pasta/rice or potato
dish to accompany. Vegetarian meals can be prepared
on request. There is a cheese board every day served with
chutney and dried or fresh fruit. The dessert buffet offers
fromage frais, yoghurts, fruit salad, tarts, patisseries and ice
creams. Menu examples can be provided.
