COURSE CANCELLATION
The Club reserves the right to cancel a course. A class may be replaced by an
activity organized by the Club (show, evaluation…). Missed courses due to your
child’s absence can not be made up again nor can they be credited

* Membership card, recreational MTL resident: $30
non-resident: $40
* Club leotard is mandatory for all gymnasts (girls and boys)
* Participation in at least one fund-raising event per session is obligatory

METHOD OF PAYMENT
* Cash, money order or cheque (fee of $25 for returned cheques) or credit
card (via internet)
For families with more than one child enrolled at the gym, 1st child: 100% of
the cost, 2nd child 10% reduction, 3rd child 20% off, up to a maximum of 50% off
of the course with the lowest rate.

REFUND POLICY
Membership cards are non-refundable. The cost of a course less administrative fees
is refundable upon presentation of a doctor’s note.
SECURITY REGULATIONS
Parents who wish to stay during their child’s training course MUST ABSOLUTELY
REMAIN IN THE WAITING AREA PROVIDED. This regulation applies to YOU and
ALL PERSONS ACCOMPANYING YOU such as your other children and friends.
ONLY REGISTERED GYMNASTS WHO HAVE A TRAINING COURSE AT THE TIME
AND GYM PERSONNEL ARE PERMITTED ACCESS TO THE GYM. This regulation
ensures that we can provide an UNINTERRUPTED and SAFE environment for your
child. Your presence in the training area will distract both your child and his/her
trainer or other personnel whose responsibility is to look after your child. Your
child’s registration provides full accident insurance coverage from Gym Canada for
your child. FOOD is NOT permitted in the gym and WITHOUT EXCEPTION lunches
or snacks MUST NOT CONTAIN PEANUTS OR OTHER NUTS.
The club is not responsible for lost or stolen items; do not bring valuables to the
gym.
NO PETS ALLOWED IN COMPLEX.

YEARS (Accompanied by an adult)
Gymnastics course on the 4 apparatus and the trampoline. These
courses are 45 minutes long, once a week, and follow a learning
system which uses play-oriented progression methods based on the
Carrasco philosophy.

GYM SOLEIL BEGINNER

Gymnastics course on the 4 apparatus and the trampoline. These
courses are 1 hour long, once a week, and follow a learning

Gym Soleil Advanced is for children with one complete year of
previous practice and who demonstrate they can surpass the
beginner level. This is a 1 hr course, held 2 times per week.
Cost: $215 (13.5 weeks)
GYM INTERMEDIAIRE
6 TO 8 YEARS
Gymnastics class on the 4 apparatus and the trampoline. These classes are
1½ hours long, held 2 times per week. The course is designed for children
with more than one year of gymnastics training who can demonstrate they
have mastered the basics but who aren’t old enough for the regional circuit.
Coût : $ 260 (13.5 weeks)
F1 Monday and Wednesday
GYM PLUS

6 TO 8 YEARS
Gymnastics course on the 4 apparatus and the trampoline. The course is 1½
hours long and takes place once a week and aim to develop the
fundamentals of the sport in order to prepare groups for the regional circuit.
Cost: $ 180 (14 weeks)
