Getting Started
Q What is an Email Service Provider (ESP)?
A AnemailEmaildelivery
Service Provider (ESP) specializes in high-volume
and provides a series of value-added
services like tracking and reporting, while simultaneously
helping the sender stay off spam blacklists.
Q How does an ESP keep me off spam blacklists?
A Typical
email clients, such as Outlook, AOL, and Gmail, are
not designed for email blasts. By using them to send mass
emails, you might find yourself, or your entire company,
listed as a spammer and blocked. If that happens, not even
legitimate business email will get through. By contrast,
an ESP is typically pre-approved by Internet Service
Providers (ISPs) as a legitimate business and, rather than
blacklisted, is often whitelisted by the ISPs, allowing
email they deliver to pass right through spam blockers.
Q How can an ESP provide that service?
A Anto ESP

best practices. By ensuring that customers follow rules set
forth in legislation, such as CAN-SPAM, an ESP can ensure
that email they send can pass through spam blockers.

services does an ESP provide?
A Ansent,ESPopened

use ExactTarget a simple way to leverage their existing
service. Lastly, XMPie also gives customers the ability to
write their own integrations using our APIs and SDKs, which
enables users to connect to nearly any ESP of their choice.
Q Why should I use XMPie as my ESP?
A XMPie
leverages ExactTarget, a powerhouse in the ESP
marketplace, as the backbone for this service, and
provides that service at highly-competitive rates. By
using XMPie as the ESP, customers can experience a
