Everyday Explorers March Newsletter We had a great time learning about the solar system. The children learned a way to remember the planets in their correct order. Ask them about My Very Eager Monkey Just Slurped Up Noodles! As we went around the world, we learned about many countries. Our posters are on display in the gathering area so please check them out. On our trip we learned about different cultures, languages, flags, sports and weather. The children did a great job by adding stuffed animals, interesting facts, cooking food from their country, sharing music, clothing and language from their specific countries. We decided what countries we would like to visit and which ones we didn’t. In March we will be learning about weather, rocks/volcanos, the water cycle and the spring season. We have experiments planned as well as games, collecting data and craft projects relating to these topics. We hope your children are enjoying being scientists and exploring the world we live in! Hoping for some nice spring weather! Danielle & Allie
