This completed form must accompany your application for an ACTS Teacher or Administrator
Certificate indicating you have fulfilled the Philosophy of Christian Education requirements
below. (The Philosophy requirement is not mandatory for initial temporary ACTS certification
applications but is required for all teachers/administrators in order to advance to the
professional level ACTS certificate.)

Philosophy of Christian Education Required Written Assignment
Applicant must submit a two page typed paper of their understanding of their Philosophy of
Christian Education. This paper will be submitted to the School Administrator for approval, who
will sign on the reverse side to verify this paper has fulfilled the Philosophy of Christian
Education Requirement. Papers do not need to be submitted to ACTS with the applicant’s
certification application.
