ARTICHOKE SPINACH DIP DETAILS Yield: 4 1/2 cups Serving Size: 6-8 people INGREDIENTS 10 oz pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained (squeeze extra liquid out) 2, 14 oz cans marinated artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped 2 pounds cream cheese softened 1 teaspoon hot sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ½ cup grated parmesan cheese ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese DIRECTIONS 1 . Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2 . Combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce and mix with an electric mixer on low speed until thoroughly combined, 1-2 minutes. 3 . Add parmesan and mozzarella and mix until combined. 4 . Spoon into a ceramic dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring once, until bubbly and begins to brown. 5 .
