Includes: scrap off flaking paint, remove mailbox, remove address numbers, paint
post, reattach mailbox and address numbers.
If there are cracks in the post that need to be filled, we will fill the cracks with wood
chalk and come back the next day to paint the post for an additional $35.00.
(Total to fill cracks in post and paint post - $130.00)
Note: Due to the chemicals they put in the pressure treated lumber a greenish tint
may seep through the white stain. After the post dries (approx. 3 to 6 months)
another coat of white stain may need to be applied.
All parts are available for customer pick up.
