PLUS 4 – Geelong
Now in its third year, the DUSA initiative PLUS 4 is a successful
four-week extension to the festivities and fun of Orientation
Week. This month long event, with four themed weeks, provides
new and returning students a chance to explore university life,
while forging deeper connections and engagement between
community groups, clubs and all Deakin students.
In 2016 there will be no attendance fee to be present during
PLUS 4 activities, however exhibitors are expected to project
an interactive and engaging experience, relevant to the themed
week of PLUS 4.

Week 1: Welcome Back Week
Week 4: Health and Wellbeing Week
Welcome Back Week aims to engage and increase the awareness of
opportunities and services available to students within the local community.
Welcome back introduces students to the university community, local
community and DUSA clubs for 2016. The opening week also aims to familiarise
students with services, sports, campuses and networks in their areas.
Let’s welcome Deakin students back to university life.
A healthy lifestyle is an important element and DUSA wants you to share your
ideas with Deakin students to help unlock the ultimate healthy university
lifestyle. A healthy mind, body and soul should mean a healthy grade something every Deakin student deserves.
