Short Presentation: IMEA is a Business School run by the Chamber of
Commerce and Industry in Besançon, France. It has been an established
leading organisation for higher education and professional training, since
1964.
Each year, in the combined activities, IMEA welcomes between 2500 and
3000 students and trainees.
The majority of the 120 IMEA faculty members are either consultants or
executives working in industry.
Facilities and Conditions: Students residence ran by the school only 50
metres away from campus. Modern facilities with self-service IT rooms,
on-site library and cafeteria.

Minimum amount of Erasmus scholarship for this exchange: 300 Euros
Student support: The office will be involved in finding accommodation for
you.
Grading system: 0 to 20
Internships: It is possible to have an internship (International or not)
while studying at the University.
Courses in English for Erasmus students: Accounting, company
organisation, marketing, foreign languages, European studies, human
resources, company law and IT skills.
Purchasing, cross-cultural management, performance management,
marketing services and managing innovation in English.
Export, finance and business strategy in French, export project.
Costs: Example of a budget:
- Accommodation: 250 to 300 Euros per month
- Food: 150 -180 Euros per month
- Books and equipment: 30 Euros per semester
- Diverse expenses: 50 Euros per month
- Total – Up to 480 Euros

Besançon is a city protected by UNESCO as World Heritage. The city is
less than three hours from Paris, two hours from Switzerland and
Germany and less than three hours from the Alps. It is only one hour from
