We are learning about the Holy
Trinity in Religion. The Holy Trinity
is the mystery of one God in three Divine Persons: God the Father, God
the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We
had a test on Wednesday. - Isaac
This week we are learning about
ecosystems. Did you know the starting point of a food chain is the sun?
We also talked about a food web. We
will be having the test sometime after

states and capitals. They are all over
in the country, but we are focusing on
the Southeast. We had a test on

In English, we are learning about
pronouns, they take the place of
nouns. Also, we made poems on

I have been enjoying Washington
D.C. all week long. - Corrine
Thanksgiving is coming up next
week. Only 3 days of school as well.
A special movie is coming. “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving.” Happy

In our classroom we are working
on a lot of stuff for Thanksgiving.
We are working on Thankful Turkeys
and poems. We are also working on
not to bully people. Be nice to each
other. “It’s way more cooler to be
nice to each other.”- Kierston
In Reading, we read “The Stranger”
and we are working with cause and
effect again!! - Keegan
Everyone did very well on their
spelling tests this week!! We take a
pretest on Monday, and a midtest on
Wednesday. If they pass the midtest
they do not have to take the final test
on Friday. Almost everyone passed
on Wednesday. Woop Woop!!

We have also been talking a lot about what we are
thankful for this week. We read stories, wrote poems,
wrote what we were thankful for, made thankful turkeys
and even decorated our door.
On Wednesday a paper was sent home to you telling
about a video that will be showed to the students next
week. Send it back if you DO NOT want your child to
watch it.
Also, I am still looking for a “secret” item from you.
A message was sent home this week, along with an
email. If I could get it ASAP that would be great.
