The Cincinnati Bengals have been directed by the NFL to invoice for possible home playoff games. All season
ticket holders will receive an invoice and information via mail by late November. Please be sure to check out the

The National Football League has directed the Bengals and other teams to invoice for possible home playoff games.
Please read carefully and be mindful of the following points.
GENERAL INFO
The NFL determines ticket prices and handling fees. (Price breakdown per game is available at Bengals.com)
The Bengals can only host a maximum of two home playoff games. Your invoice is for the AFC Divisional
and AFC Championship games.
No cancellations, refunds or exchanges for games played in Cincinnati.
Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets can not be replaced. Please safeguard tickets.

The Cincinnati Bengals are now offering a “Pay as We Play”
payment option. With this option, you will sign up on
Bengals.com through ‘My Bengals Account’ with a debit
or credit card to reserve your seats. Your card will be only
charged for the individual games as they are clinched, not
as a full payment for all games. This charge will be
processed automatically the day it is decided whether the
Bengals will host either the Wild Card or Divisional Playoff
game and then again for the AFC Championship game.
Your enclosed invoice reflects the cost of tickets to the
Divisional and Conference Championship games. Should
the Bengals host a Wild Card playoff game, your ticket
cost will be adjusted and applied to your 2015 season
ticket renewal.
You can make your payment online through ‘My Bengals
Account’ or by mail using the enclosed invoice stub and
return envelope.
You will not be sent printed tickets with this option.
You must print your tickets utilizing your ‘My Bengals
Account’ to access the Free Print at Home Ticketfast
method.
Tickets for both possible games will be mailed approximately one week prior to the first playoff game only to
the season ticket holder of record.
Deadline to enroll in “Pay as we Play” option is Dec 5th, 2014.

REFUND INFO
For those selecting the Pay in Full option:
All playoff payments for games not hosted will be automatically applied to your 2015 season tickets renewal.
For refunds: a separate letter requesting the refund, including account number and signed by the season ticket holder of record,
must be received at the Bengals Ticket Office by February 28th, 2015.
Requests received after that date will not be honored.
Refund checks are sent to season ticket holder of record, regardless of payment origin.
Credit card payments entitled a refund will only be credited to the card used.
ADDITIONAL TICKETS
Season ticket holders will have priority over the general public in purchasing additional playoff tickets. Information regarding the sale of
additional tickets will be sent by email at the appropriate time. The email of record on your account is listed on the remittance stub of your
invoice. Be sure to update or add your email address to receive important information.
SUPER BOWL
If the Bengals are a participant, only those accounts purchasing invoiced playoff tickets will be included in the drawing. No special registration is required. Super Bowl ticket notification, including payment and pick-up details, will be sent to those accounts selected.
Tickets will later be available to 2014 Ticket Pack buyers, followed by the general public. It’s anticipated
that these availabilities will come early next month, and fans desiring the most current information
about these opportunities can register their e-mail addresses on Bengals.com for direct notice on dates
and procedures.
