BELIEVE Conversation Twenty Four: “PEACE”

When I have peace with God I am able to have have peace with others and myself.
Romans 3:9-12
What shall we conclude then? Do we have any advantage? Not at all! For we have
already made the charge that Jews and Gentiles alike are all under the power of sin.
As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who
understands; there is no one who seeks God. All have turned away, they have
together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one.”
Romans 5:1-2
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God
through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into
this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God.

Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished
by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he
was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him,
and by his wounds we are healed.
Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
