Curtain is fabricated of interlocking roll-formed continuous
profiles of galvanised steel.
Galvanised profiles available
are of 1 mm or 1.2 mm curved or
flat with or without perforations.
Perforated profiles : Single Wall
Curved or Flat perforated
profiles help in achieving
visibility, light infiltration and
ventilation. The perforations
prevent the wind load force
from acting fully on the Rolling
Shutter while maintaining
visibility. Our Rolling Shutters
can either be fabricated entirely
of perforated profiles or these
special profiles can be selectively used to provide partial
visibility at eye level.

The MS bottom L section with
co-extruded black PVC seal is
fitted with side locks on both
ends. The seal prevents
penetration of dirt and rain,
weather sealing the lower edge
of the Rolling Shutter and does
not produce any noise when in
contact with the floor. The seals
also act as deterrent against
pests and rodents.
Load Bearing Strong Shaft
The strong suspension shaft of
the Rolling Shutter is made of
steel pipe that is corrosion
protected. The size of the pipe
varies as per the size of the
Rolling Shutter.

double wall profile with polyurethane insulation. Galvanised
Insulated Rolling Shutters

Aluminium Rolling Shutters
The Aluminium Rolling Shutters made of design
patented extruded double wall aluminium
profiles provide durability, efficiency and functionality while being light weight as well as
robust. Aluminium Rolling Shutters can be
installed in areas where it would be exposed
daily to the atmospheric conditions as it is
corrosion free.
Bright Steel Rolling Grills
The Rolling Grills are constructed of design
patented horizontal round polished bar interlinked with vertical Bright Steel polished bar
complete with side guides, bottom and brackets.

must be restricted. They provide optimal protection without sacrificing visual access, air circulation or light infiltration.
Stainless Steel Rolling Shutters
Stainless Steel Rolling Shutters made of SS 304
or SS 316 interlocked profiles have very good
corrosion resistance while providing an appealing finish.
Polycarbonate Rolling Shutters
Polycarbonate strips while offering transparency
are extremely secure making it burglar proof.
Polycarbonate Rolling Shutters are manufactured using interlocked high impact
polycarbonate moulded lenses combined with

motorised using robust drive
technology with manual override in case of power failure.

EN13241-1 standards.
The CE certified automation is
compact, noiseless, reliable
with very low decibel level, and

the motor automatically stops
the Rolling Shutters in full open
and close positions. Option of
hand chain in case of power
failure is available.

Central Motors
Compact Gear Motors
Central Motors are motors
designed for Rolling Shutters
that are spring balanced and
are mounted in the centre of
the shaft. The motor is a
230V - 50Hz, IP 42 protected
geared motor with limit switch
that enables micrometric
adjustment.
This is another operator with
advance technology having
patented safety mechanism in
an unlikely event of chain
failure. This operator with an
IP 54 protection rating works on
a very low vibration and decibel
level. It has inbuilt limit
switches, control panel and can
be manually operated with a
chain override in case of power
failure. Equipped with overheat
protection the Compact Gear
Motor has a long performance
life.

horizontally or vertically according to the room available, by

Additional Safety Brake
The external safety brake
performs two functions; a
bearing support for the shutter's
shaft and a mechanical brake
blocking the descent of the
shutter, if sudden acceleration
occurs. The safety brakes are
equipped with a patented
shock-absorber system and a
microswitch for disconnecting
the electrical supply to the
motor when the brake locks.

Fire Rolling Shutters are rated physical fire barriers that
protect wall openings from the spread of fire and are
designed to close automatically in the event of fire or an
alarmed event. Automatic closure will be thermally
controlled by means of fusible link. Gandhi® Fire Rated
Rolling Shutters Fire Warrior is tested by SIRIM QAS
Bhd Malaysia BS 476;Part 22: 1987 certified by Exova
Warringtonfire, (AUS) Pty Ltd and UL certified Fire
Shutters are tested for stability and integrity for up to
4 hours.
Application includes industrial, commercial, institutional and retail projects where fire protection is
required.

System
