Aqua aerobics: Come and join in the fun with water based aerobics! Improves fitness,
flexibility and strength without straining your joints.

Aqua jog: With the assistance of an aqua belt, this activity will keep you vertical to enable
you to jog against the resistance of the water. A great alternative to jogging on land.
Aqua Zumba: Combines Latin and international music with a fun and effective aqua
workout.
Disability sessions: A fun session available for those with a disability.
Aqua fun: An opportunity for all to enjoy a fun-tastic aqua session.
Our aqua-run is a great challenge for those who dare! Customers will be asked
to leave the pool at the end of an Aqua inflatable session and a re-entry charge
to the pool applies.
Splashtots: A session aimed at mothers and young children.
Lane swimming: Fully laned pool with the emphasis on swimming not play with options
for Slow, Medium or Fast Lanes.

From babies to adults it’s never too early or late to join our
aqualearn swimming lesson programme. Sign up at any time and progress at your own
pace. Prices start from just £19 per month which includes unlimited swimming so you
can practice what you learn as much as you want. Ask at reception for more information

Children aged eight and over can attend unaccompanied as long as they can swim at least 25m to the
Amateur Swimming Association’s expected standard. We can carry out an assessment of your child’s
ability for a small fee. Any child unaccompanied who is not able to meet this standard will be asked to
leave the pool and return with a supervising adult.*
*A supervising adult must be aged 16+ and be a confident swimmer.
