EVOLUTION™- L STEAM STERILIZERS - NORTH AMERICA
APPLICATION
For loading and unloading 26 x 37.5" (660 x 953 mm) or
26 x 26" (660 x 660 mm) Evolution Steam sterilizers and for
transferring goods to and from processing areas. This
equipment allows heavy loads to be transferred with low effort.
Equipment design minimizes contact between operator and
hot load items.
The need for protective gloves or clothing is reduced, as little
or no direct contact occurs between operator and load. One
or more loading transfer carriages can be used for handling
loads with multiple sterilizers and load preparation areas.
DESCRIPTION
Loading car is a welded framework constructed of 316L
stainless steel.
Shelves – each loading car accommodates up to three or four
stainless-steel shelves depending on sterilizer model:

26 x 37.5" (660 x 953 mm) Horizontal Sliding or Hinged
Door model loading cars feature up to four shelves: three
height-adjustable, removable shelves (one upper and two
middle) and one fixed-height shelf (lower).

26 x 26" (660 x 660 mm) Vertical Sliding Door model
loading cars feature up to three shelves: two heightadjustable, removable shelves (upper and middle) and
one fixed-height shelf (lower);
No tools are required for adjusting shelf heights.
Transfer carriage is constructed of welded stainless steel or
acrylic-coated carbon steel with four swiveling casters.
Casters are equipped with long-wearing, synthetic-material
tires. Rear casters are provided with a braking mechanism.
Transfer carriage is height-adjustable to align with sterilizer
chamber. A hand crank on the transfer carriage lowers and
raises lift rails under loading car in sterilizer chamber.

During loading and unloading, transfer carriage is secured to
the sterilizer by a floor mounted docking interface that releases
transfer carriage after car is fully loaded (lowered) into
chamber (unloading process is similar).The docking interface
guides the loading car into the sterilizer chamber.
The docking interface is installed in the front of the sterilizer
paneling.
NOTE: For healthcare applications, loading equipment is only
available for sterilizer sizes 26 x 26 x 39" (660 x 660 x 991 mm)
and 26 x 37.5 x 66" (660 x 953 x 1676 mm).
