Hooked in the Mountains XVIII Rug Registration Form
Please complete all fields. Entry fee of $10.00 will be required at rug check in or when you ship your rug(s). Included in the
$10.00 registration, each GMRHG Member may enter no more than three (3) rugs or four (4) "small pieces" PLUS 3-D pieces
for our 2016 challenge.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. While the Green Mountain Rug Hooking Guild and the Champlain Valley Exposition (CVE) take every precaution to protect all
pieces brought in for the exhibit, we know you will understand we cannot accept liability for them. The Blue Ribbon Pavilion
Building is a secured facility and the CVE grounds are patrolled during hours that the exhibit is closed.
2. Rugs will be hung by carpet strips supplied by the Guild unless Velcro is attached to the back of the rug (include matching
strip).
3. Rug check-in is on Saturday, October 15, 2016 from 8:30am – 10:00am in the Blue Ribbon Pavilion at the Champlain Valley
Exposition.
4. Rugs shipped must be received no later than October 8, 2016. Rugs are to be shipped to: Suzanne Girouard, 23 Garden Dr.,
Jeffersonville, VT 0546. Include a check for $10 registration AND a pre-paid return shipping label. In no case will any rug be
accepted after October 11, 2014.
5. All rugs must be claimed on Sunday, October 23, 2016 between 3:00pm and 5:00pm at the Blue Ribbon Pavilion at
Champlain Valley Exposition.
