mission is to raise funds and public awareness for Infant
Crisis Services.

All those who think the flip of the coin will be heads must
put their hands on their head.
All those who think the flip of the coin will be tails must put
their hands on their hips.
The Teen Associate Board President will flip a coin that
has a head and a tail side.
The Teen Associate Board Vice President will call out the
side of the coin that is showing.
If you guess wrong you are eliminated and you must sit
down.
When we have 6-8 people left, you will be asked to come
to the stage.
We will continue flipping the coin until we have one winner.
The winner will be required to show their wristband.
Auction Rules and Procedures
Infant Crisis Services, Inc. is a qualified 501(c)(3) organization.
According to IRS regulations, if you contribute to a charitable
organization and also receive a benefit from it, you may deduct
only the amount that is more than the value of the benefit you
receive. Please contact your tax consultant as to the deductibility
of auction items purchased.
Silent Auction:
1.
Receive a bid number at the Check in table as you enter.
2.
The silent auction will end at different times for different
areas. Verbal announcements will be made at the closing
time for each area.
3.
Each item will be accompanied by a bid sheet. Bidder is to
write bid number on the first available line on the silent
auction bid sheets.
4.
Each raise must be in the round dollar increment indicated
on the bid sheets. If not, the bid will automatically be
raised by the appropriate increment.
5.
Placing a guaranteed bid in the box located on the
bottom of the bid sheet trumps all other bids.
6.
No item shall be sold for less than minimum bid.
7.
The highest bid at closing time will constitute the winning
bid, which will be determined by the Executive Committee
of the Teen Associate Board and Infant Crisis Services
staff, whose decision shall be final.
8.
If there is no bid on an item, or it is less than minimum bid,
it remains the property of Infant Crisis Services, Inc.
9.
Restrictions as specified by the donor must be respected.

announced by the auctioneer.
Bids shall be placed on an item by raising your auction bid
number, which you will receive at the registration table
upon your arrival.

Cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover cards will be accepted.
All services, trips, gift certificates, parties, and such must

donor must be respected. Tax, tip and beverages are
generally not included in restaurant gift certificates, unless
otherwise noted.
The staff of Infant Crisis Services has endeavored to
catalogue and describe the auction items correctly, but all
items are sold “as is” with no warranties, expressed or
implied. No statement contained in the catalogue or made
orally at the auction or elsewhere shall be deemed to be
such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
By purchasing, the buyer waives any claim for liability
against Infant Crisis Services or the donor or the property
or services and neither Infant Crisis Services nor the donor
