Object : Opening of a residence to host groups near Angers.
Dear Sirs,
Our residence - located in a rural setting in the outskirts of Angers, in the Maine and Loire (49) will soon be ready to host you weekly, from Monday to Friday, with reception rooms for 15/100 people,
for holidays with friends and relatives or for business trips.
The residence, with 12 beds, is in a farm house and has 4 bedrooms with 2/6 beds each and 2
bathrooms & WC.
You will have at your disposal also an equipped kitchen, a large dining room with a fireplace and
several reception rooms for meetings, exhibitions and events. The animal park and the rural ambience will
give you the opportunity to spend a nice holiday. You will also find a leisure area, a bowling green, a
small lake, garden furniture and a BBQ.
This is the ideal place for your meetings, seminars, exhibitions and training courses and also to spend
some time with friends and relatives.
Only ten minutes from Angers, in the Maine and Loire (our Angevin area) you will find lots of tourist and
recreational activities. We will be happy to welcome you for theme stays (namely: farm house camping,
yoga training etc) holiday camps, and rural stays.
