NOTES:
• Final contract price shall be based upon the field measured footage of the completed fence,
multiplied by the quoted price per linear foot.
• This price includes materials, shipping, installation and taxes necessary to complete this
project. The only addition to this quoted price shall be the result of any and all obstacles
needing to be removed or replaced for installation purposes. This will be addressed upon
our physical review of this project prior to installation.
• Owner will be responsible for any necessary permits.
• Fencecrete America Inc. will spread along fence line soil from footing, if any or all of the
excavated soil cannot be spread along the fence line Customer shall we responsible for
reimbursement of additional cost incurred.
• Fencecrete America, Inc. shall be responsible for cleanup and hauling of all debris resulting
from the scope of the project.
• Customer responsible for providing water at jobsite for project.
• *Fence line shall be cleared by owner from all trees, shrubs and debris prior to
installation of fence.
• Fencecrete America, Ltd. will take all precautions not to damage existing landscaping,
grass vegetation and existing irrigation. Fencecrete America will not be held responsible
for any damages that may occur
