Hotel Information
The Springhill Suites, 250 Athens Way, Nashville is holding
block of rooms on a first-come, first-served basis at a special group
rate of $111 single/double per night. The deadline for making
hotel reservations at the conference rate is September 21. When
the allotted room block is sold, room rates will return to standard prices on
a space-avialable basis, even if it is before the September 21 deadline. After
September 21, the room block will be released to the general public, and rates
return to standard prices on a space-available basis, so be sure to reserve your
accommodations early.
To make reservations, contact the hotel directly at 800/971-4761 and ask
for the Tennessee Bankers Association block of rooms to receive the special
group rate.
Reservations can also be made at the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel,
2025 Rosa Parks Boulevard, by calling 800/457-4460. Let reservations
personnel know that you are with the Tennessee Bankers Association to
receive the special rate of $99 for a standard room (plus tax), as long as
standard rooms are available.

Attendants qualify for 7.25 hours of general credit of Continuing
Legal Education (CLE).
Attendants qualify for 4.5 hours of Certified Financial Planner
(CFP®) credit.
Attendants qualify for 8.5 hours of Continuing Professional
Education (CPE) credit in the area of Specialized Knowledge and
Application. No prerequisites are required for this program. For

Attire: Business casual attire is appropriate for all TBA programs.
Because of temperature variations in meeting rooms, please bring a
sweater or jacket for your comfort.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in the TBA office
7 business days prior to the scheduled program will be refunded
in full. Due to commitments with hotels, cancellations received
less than 7 business days prior to the scheduled program are not
refundable. Substitutions are welcome. Registrants who do not
attend the program or send a substitute will be responsible for
the entire registration fee.
Tennessee Bankers Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a
sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have
final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be
submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
