excavations should not
exceed depth of 1 foot
for every 2.5 feet of
distance from the pole
or anchor. Any excavations exceeding this ratio
of depth to distance will
require the excavator to
submit an excavation
protection plan so that a
TEP coordinator may assess the TEP facilities.
