Wet your hands with clean,
running water.

under running water.

make a lather and scrub

hands and between
your fingers and under
your nails.
Continue rubbing your
hands with soap for at
least 20 seconds (hum
the “Happy Birthday”
song from beginning
to end two times).
Dry hands thoroughly.
