MIG/MAG welding machines that are designed for welding of simple and alloyed materials and aluminium alloys.
EKONOM LINE while maintaining the maximum utility value we lay emphasis on the minimum price. Products of this line are suitable
for operations with lower utilization level of welding machines.
ALF LINE is designed for industrial environments which have high requirements with regard to reliability, productivity, and ease of
operation during permanent use. That is the reason for the massive welded casing and the prominent handles which protect the
control panel and highlight the ROBUST NATURE of this product.
EKONOM and ALF 180, 200 are designed for welding of small thicknesses (ALF 200 industry EKONOM 200 can weld small and
medium thicknesses). They are suitable especially for body repair shops and lock smith shops.
EKONOM 250 thanks to its maximum current output it can be used for a wide range of welding activities.
They are designed for a long-term operation in body repair shops and fitting shops.
DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONS
Appliances ALF industry and EKOMOM are three face step MIG/MAG welding.
EKONOM 180 and ALF 180 weld wire of diameter 0,6 - 0,8 or flux cored wire up to 1,2 mm. There are 7 voltage steps.
EKONOM 200 and ALF 200 weld wire of diameter 0,6 - 1,0 or flux cored wire up to 1,2 mm. There are 7 voltage steps
EKONOM 250 weld wire of diameter 0,6 - 1,2 or flux cored wire up to 1,4 mm. There are 10 voltage steps.
The SYNERGY control panel is simple in its appearance but it manages more functions than is usual for step machines of this type:
• It measures voltage and current.
• It tells the welder the best settings (positions of switches and choke terminals), (MINOR or BASIC control on request).
ACCESSORIES
• EKONOM and ALF are manufactured as compact welding unit.
• All machines are equipped with EURO torch connector, torches 3 – 5 m can be connected. The SYNERGY and MINOR control
panels enable using ALFA IN torches with Up-Down correction of the wire speed.
