Prices, Availability and Delivery
1. PRICES – Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Brochure
prices are correct at time of printing. Livingstone International
may pass on price increases during the period of the brochure
due to currency exchange variations and manufacturer price
increases. Consumers will be advised of any such changes on
www.livingstone.com.au. Please check prior to placing order.
Availing First Time User (FTU) price are subject to the following terms:
(a) this is for selected Customers and for a limited time only
(b) qualified FTU are those who have never purchased the item
previously
(c) offer is applicable only upon customer’s request at the time of
ordering, and not automatically or retrospectively applied
(d) intended for sampling purposes only
(e) where FTU unit price is less than $100/unit, the FTU quantity is
limited to $100 per item
(f) where FTU price is over $100/unit, the FTU quantity is limited
to one unit
(g) repeat orders will be based on the normal 3-tier pricing
(h) the Seller has a sole discretion to discontinue the offer without

2. AVAILABILITY – Any unavailable items are automatically placed
on backorder. We may substitute the item with an alternative. If you
wish to cancel products on backorder, please advise customer service
on 1300 556 556.
3. DELIVERY – Customers specifying their own courier must supply the
courier’s details and their account number with order.
4. Returned Goods – After 7 days of receipt of goods, in such cases
where goods are returned through no fault of Livingstone International,
restocking fees will be charged at 10% of total order price or $20 minimum.
