OVERVIEW
The financial industry is a diverse and evolving part of the Tennessee economy. This program will
bring together educators and bankers to learn about trends in the economy and banking, hear from
local institutions about the post-recession banking market, and develop a better understanding of the
future of the financial services industry. The afternoon part of the program will also feature materials
and hands-on lessons for classroom application (this will be geared toward educators, but bankers
are also welcome).
The program is conducted in partnership by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta – Nashville Branch
and Cumberland University School of Business and Technology.
