Poster requirements
Presenters are responsible for printing their own posters. There will be metal poster stands
which can accommodate posters printed on heavy paper. Presenters must submit a final PDF of
the poster to [email protected] by September 20, 2017; the PDF will be
linked from the conference website.
Posters will be displayed on tall metal stands which are 58 inches (147 cm) high and 45 inches
(115 cm) wide. They can accommodate standard posters of approximately 24 by 36 inches or 36
by 48 inches, equivalent to A1 or A0 paper size.
A0 84.1 cm × 1189 cm 33.1 inches × 46.8 inches
A1 59.4 cm × 84.1 cm 23.4 inches × 33.1 inches
If you plan to print your poster once you arrive in Frankfurt, please make sure that your poster
layout can be printed effectively on A1 or A0 size paper:

A1 paper size measures 594 mm (width) x 841 mm (height) or 59.4 cm x 84.1 cm or
23.4 inches x 33.1 inches
If you plan to print your poster on A0 size paper please check with a copy shop in advance to
find one that can print larger posters.
