All homework (H/W) assignments worth 5 or 10 pts.
Overall H/W points equal approximately 25% of grade.

volunteering, or minor infractions.

--Be responsible for any missed work, notes, or make-up tests.
--Make sure all absences are excused by your parents/guardians.
--Always make your best effort.

Course Description
(In this section, teachers will include a list of Florida Standards covered in the course and/or a link to
the standards. Teachers may also include a narrative description of their course, a list of topics,
themes, units of studies, etc. as they feel is appropriate.)
Students will learn to speak, read, write and comprehend Spanish, at the second year level. They will
also learn to appreciate and understand the cultural and geographic diversity of Spanish
speaking countries. Also, by studying a foreign language, students will gain a
better knowledge of their own language and increase their vocabulary skills.
