Thank you for being part of change. By tracking your beautiful cycle
you are connecting deeply with your body as well as the reviving the
Divine Feminine. Approach this chart everyday as a meditation, the time
that you listen to your body and record what she has to say.
My mission in life is to end the taboo of menstruation and you are helping
end this taboo right now. Once we women could work magic in harmony
with our menstrual cycle, the moon cycle, the earth cycle. That magic was
forcibly removed, replaced with shame and disgust. NO MORE! Let us fall
in love with our bodies, our power, and our deep connection… our cycle!

Chart Guide
Moon - Color in the phase of the moon you are currently in.
Fire around the moon - Our energy is connected to the moon. Sometimes the moon is in apogee which means it is
further away from the earth and the energy is less intense, at other times it is in perigee and close to the earth which
is also known as a super moon and this is when the energy can be quite intense with some people experiencing
sleeplessness and heightened energy and senses, there is no coincidence that the word lunatic comes from the word
luna . This is an opportunity to chart your energy for the day. I suggest a different color for different kinds of energy,
keep a little color chart on the legend page with the moons to the left and then color in how much energy accordingly.
Drops - Color with red for menstruation. Color in all the drops for heavy flow days and less for less. Add texture if you
have clots or mucus in your blood flow. If you have spotting before or after, use the small drop and color with the
corresponding color; many women have brown spotting so make sure to note that, you may want to use a brown
marker/pencil. I like to use different shades of red as well.
Pick a different color to represent your phase in the cycle. While you’re in Follicular pick a color, I like light green. Then in
Ovulation pick a different color, perhaps yellow or orange and in Luteal pick a different color, I love light purple here. Chart
your cervical fluid during these phases. I suggest coloring in one drop during the other phases mean dry, two meaning
there was fluid (adding texture to show the different kinds of cervical fluid) and all three for ovulation/menstruation. If you
are no longer menstruating or have never menstruated, or really even if you are, this is yours! Use whatever colors you want!
Champagne Flute - This represents your symptoms or lack thereof. Only when your cup is full can you fill another’s cup.
Chantelle cleverly wove a coil through the cup so you can see if your cup runneth over. This can be colored however you
see fit so don’t feel that you have to do this a certain way. Here’s one suggestion: pick a color for days where you have no
symptoms, those days you feel good, be it a cozy day relaxing or super productive day. Keep this consistent so you can
see clearly your feel good days. My symptoms are mood swings, migraines, fatigue and cramps. So I color the coil blue for
fatigue, black for migraines (since if I have a migraine I definitely feel fatigued) then the cup purple for mood swings, and
if I have cramps I add sharp red strokes. There are so many different ways you can use this! Have some fun and see what
works for you. Over time this cup will show itself running over with feel good days more often than at the start!
Flower - This is for recording your emotions. You have a whole day and there are 6 major universal emotions recognized
across cultures, joy or happiness, surprise, sadness, anger, disgust, and fear, but choose how you want to represent your
feelings and pick colors that represent what works for you. Some people think of love when they see red, others think of
anger. You could also even choose to represent how extraverted/introverted, anxious/depressed you are feeling. You may
want to make your own emotional color key when you’re starting out. If you were happy all day color the whole flower
that color. If you started out grumpy but changed to happy and ended in love color three petals the colors you’ve chosen
for those three emotions.
Heart - Arousal and Sexual Activity. This heart has two sides. One is how sexual you feel. You may want a few different
colors to capture your different moods, or you may just want to color it in if you feel aroused, or not if you don’t. The other
side is sexual activity. Did you get to the big O? With or without a partner? Protected or not? Not all of this will apply to
you so make your own codes for this. Perhaps a big O in the middle, maybe blue for condoms or green for not…
Apple - Eating and Craving. This is a great way for you to track cravings, days you ate to support your hormones, days that
you ate just to have fun! I suggest coloring the apple in green for days you eat to support your hormones, and maybe
dark green for the days you ate to just have fun! Keep this judgement free. If you have sugar cravings perhaps add a
triangle in the apple, or if you had salt cravings maybe a wave… Or maybe you want to go gluten free for 30 days. Color
in your apple everyday as you go thru your gluten free challenge!
Star - Cervix position. This is great to color in based on how open (for example don’t color in the center if she’s open) a dot
to show position, and a bigger dot to show if she’s low/smaller dot if she’s high.
Waves - Temperature. Generally, your temp will be in the F 97-97.7 / C 36.11-36.5 degree range, during ovulation you may
go as high as F 99 / C 37.2 degrees. Then color up the decimal points. If you’re in the low F 96’s / C 35.5 (or lower) you may
have hypo-thyroid or Hashimoto’s. Farenheight measurements go up by 0.2 degrees and Celsius goes up by 0.1 degree.
Fan Base - Color in if you've had a bowel movement for the day, healthy digest ion is very important for hormonal balance
and we're supposed to expel daily. Perhaps you often have loose stool and you want to track that vs healthy poops. Choose
two colors... may I even go so far as to suggest two tones of brown.
Handle - Pick a word or phrase for the month.
Something to focus on, to call in, to inspire.

Chantelle is a crazy creative who loves getting paint underneath her
fingernails and in her hair but when the studio is too cold or hot to work in
from the Australian summers and winters she will settle for using technology
to create artwork to inspire others to bring colour into their own lives or to
write to bring inspiration to others who may gain a nugget of wisdom from
what she has to say. As a single mum she juggles her creative endeavours with
her love for her son (as well as 2 crazy cats and a bunny), full time psychology
studies and spiritual pursuits. Chantelle brings what she learns from all those
experiences to her work with Mandala Goals and her Mandala Goals FB group
to help others to reconnect with who they are, achieve goals and live life to
their greatest aspirations. All Chantelle wants to see is everyone succeed at life
and live their dreams to their greatest potential.
