An assessment of your admit/discharge/transfer (ADT) workflows, and your
policies and procedures when combined with a high level, programmatic review
of duplicate records in core systems will help your organization understand

DUPLICATE PATIENT RECORD REMEDIATION
Using both deterministic and probabilistic matching algorithms, we identify
duplicate patient records and programmatically ?de-active? those without
