Dr Meg Price initially trained at Oxford and UCH. She first worked in
Brighton as a House Surgeon in the seventies, after a spell in New
Zealand and Bangladesh (undertaking a leprosy survey), she returned
to Brighton and Guy’s to complete her specialty training in
Dermatology. She was appointed as a Consultant in Brighton in 1986
and was President of the British Association of Dermatologists in 20032004.
Meg will review some historical notes dating from the inception of the
Med-Chi in the 19th century. She will also discuss how she came to
choose her specialty and will give a brief introduction to the
forthcoming lectures for the year.
