Caltex is proud to fuel the BLACKCAPS and so from 6 February 2016 (or while stocks last) Caltex will be giving
AA Members and AA Smartfuel cardholders the chance to collect one free pack of five BLACKCAPS player trading
cards, with every $40 purchase of petrol or diesel when they choose to accumulate the AA Smartfuel discounts on
offer from the participating* Caltex station.
Terms and Conditions
1. From 6 February 2016 to midnight 29 February 2016 (“Campaign Period”), participating Caltex
stations* will offer every AA Smartfuel or AA Membership cardholder (“Cardholders”) one free foilwrapped pack with five BLACKCAPS player trading cards inside (“Free Pack of Cards”) .

This offer is only available while stocks last.
Cardholders must spend $40 or more on petrol or diesel in one transaction at a participating Caltex
station* and swipe either their AA Smartfuel or AA Membership card and choose to ACCUMULATE
the AA Smartfuel discount on offer (“Eligible Transaction”) to be entitled to a Free Pack of Cards. (If
a Cardholder chooses to REDEEM their AA Smartfuel discounts instead of accumulating the
Cardholder will not be entitled to receive the Free Pack of Cards.)
A Caltex Customer Services Representative will hand the Cardholder one Free Pack of Cards with
every Eligible Transaction (while stocks last and during the Campaign Period) and no negotiation
will be entered into.
Each Free Pack of Cards will be foil-wrapped and sealed and will have five BLACKCAPS player
trading cards inside it.
There are twenty BLACKCAPS player trading cards to collect and each Free Pack of Cards will
contain 5 cards from the 20 listed below:

Caltex do not warrant the availability to the Cardholder of all 20 different BLACKCAPS player
trading cards packs nor how the different card packs are distributed by any of the participating
Caltex stations.
This offer is available only at participating Caltex stations, and subject to the trading hours of each
individual participating Caltex station. *Participating Caltex stations for this Campaign are listed at
www.AAsmartfuel.co.nz/caltex and are subject to change from time to time.
Subject to the terms recorded herein, the Caltex AA Smartfuel terms of the AA Smartfuel
Programme apply at www.AAsmartfuel.co.nz/caltex terms and conditions. If there is any
inconsistency between the terms of this Campaign and the terms at www.AAsmartfuel.co.nz/caltex
terms and conditions the terms of this Campaign will prevail.
10. Chevron New Zealand and participating Caltex stations*: (a) reserve the right to terminate, modify
or suspend this Campaign offer without notice and for any reason at any time; and (b) are not liable
for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss) or for personal injury or death suffered or sustained during the course of this
offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law; and (c) are not liable for any third
party acts or omissions.
11. Chevron New Zealand owns the Caltex brand and is the official fuel supplier to the BLACKCAPS and
is the promotor and marketer of this Caltex BLACKCAPS campaign. This Caltex BLACKCAPS
Campaign is an official licensed promotion of New Zealand Cricket.
