Compound Coatings
Hard Coatings: The Carat range offers a wide selection of multipurpose and application-specific compound coatings, for moulding,
enrobing, producing decorations and making hollow figures. Being
compounds, none of the range require tempering and are extremely
easy to use. Each has a shiny appearance, excellent snap and melting
behavior, with well-balanced chocolate flavors due to the careful
selection of the finest cocoa powders.
Available in dark, milk and white varieties, you can enjoy a premium
quality in terms of taste and mouth-feel, guaranteed throughout the
product shelf-life.
Soft Coatings: Carat decoration creams provide the ultimate in
user-convenience for the decoration of cakes, biscuits and patisserie
products. Each cream is ready-to-use and sets at room temperature,
