White Water Bay BIRTHDAY PARTY Q & A
Q: What is the minimum or maximum number of people?
A: At White Water Bay the minimum is 8 guests and the maximum for the party room is 20 people.
Q: How do I make party reservations?
A: Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance online at WhiteWaterBay.com. No reservations will be accepted at our
Main Gate. Due to limited space, reservations are first-come, first-served.
Q: Is a cake included?
A: Please make arrangements to bring your own Birthday cake, however no other outside food or beverage is allowed in the park.
No coolers will be allowed into the park.
Q: Can I bring in decorations?
A: You may bring in additional party decorations, however please keep in mind that you will be held responsible for setting up
decorations and cleaning them up. Also, please note that your reserved party space is outdoors.
Q: How long will I have the party area?
A: The Birthday Bungalo will be reserved all day for your party and includes seating for up to 20, four chaise lounge chairs, a family
sized locker and two free rental tubes after party all day. The Birthday Bungalow is located across from Swashbuckler Flumes.
Q: How do I get the food?
A: You must set a meal serving time and make your pizza and soft drink choices online at the time of party reservation. The preordered food and beverages will be delivered to you in your Birthday Bungalo at the pre-determined time set online. Any additional
food or beverage must be purchased in the park.
Q: What about grandparents or other adult guests?
A: All birthday party guests must be included in the birthday party package regardless if they are planning to enjoy our rides
and slides. Additional guests may be added for $25.50 + tax per person which includes admission and meal. This offer is limited
to maximum party guest capacity. Kids ages 2 and under do not need to be included in admission count. They get free admission
into the park, but you must order an extra meal for $7.50 if you want them to eat.
Q: Is the parking charge included in the birthday party package?
A: Yes, the Birthday Party parent will be issued one parking pass. However, please inform all of your guests driving to the park on
your party day that there is $6 parking charge at White Water Bay. There are drop-off/pick-up lanes for parents who are not
attending the party with their children. No charge for drop-off and pick-up lane.
Q: What if I have to cancel my party?
A: No money will be refunded for cancelled parties. You must contact your White Water Bay Account Executive (5) days prior
to original party date in order to re-schedule your party.
Q: What if I am a Season Passholder?
A: Season Pass holders will be given a 10% discount on the total cost of the party. Season passholders will be asked to use their
season pass for entrance into the park, but must still be counted as a party guest.
