What to Expect from a
Personal Trainer
A personal trainer acts as a workout partner
and coach. A trainer can provide you with expertise and diagnostic knowledge to develop a
safe, effective exercise plan based upon your
goals, interests, and current fitness level. Your
trainer will also instruct you on proper exercise technique. Working with a personal trainer allows you to maximize your results in a
focused amount of time.
