The following is a detailed breakdown of the activities. We want every person to signup for the
activities in advance. You must call our office at least 24 hours before the activity if you are
unable to attend or you will be charged for that event. This will prevent us from missing anyone
and we can better prepare for the group. The times listed are when the activity will begin. It is a good
idea to get there a few minutes early. If you have any questions, please call the office at 744-0370.
Lake Reba Swimming—June 13—Lets beat the heat! Join us in a trip to Lake Reba for some swimming!
Please make sure to pack your own lunch! Cost is: $5
Track Practice—June 1—On your mark, get set, go! Last practice of the season! Bring your track shoes,
and some water. Pick up at the building will be at 5. Cost is: $0
Softball Practice—June 13,27—Go Cards! Well Summer is here, so lets play some ball! We will be having practice on Tuesdays from 9-11 at Lykin’s Park. Cost is: $2
Summer Trip Revel Party and Dinner—June 1—We’re going on a trip! Join us at the stride building
for the reveal party. STRIDE summer trip will be held on August 4th-7th. Join us for fun games,
snacks and a scavenger hunt for clues. Cost is:$2
Fathers Day prep—June 15—lets get to cooking! We will be cooking and decorating for our fathers day
dinner! Please be at the building from 2:00-5:30 to help cook.
State Games Shopping —June 2—Lets go Shopping— Join us for a trip to Hamburg to pick snacks and
toiletries for state games! Please bring money for your items. We will be leaving the building at 3P.M
and will return at 7:00. Cost is:$10
State Games— June 3,4,5 Its our time to shine! We’ve been working hard for the past few months, now
it’s time to show how hard work pays off. We will be leaving the building at 3P.M Friday June 3rd and
will return Sunday June 5th at 10:30. Cost is: $55
Homemade Lemonade Party—June 6—Strawberry, blueberry and raspberry oh my! Join us in making
some lemonade! We will be making several types of lemonade. Cost is:$2
Natural Bridge and Dinner—June 7—We’re going on a hike! Join us in a trip to Natural bridge. We
will be taking a hike and grabbing dinner at Miguels. Cost is:$10
Cooking Class—June 8,22, July 1! A spoon full of sugar! Join us in making our lunch. We will prepare
our whole meal. Cost is: $2
Talent Show Practice—June 9,16,21,2329,30—What will your talent be! We are bringing back the talent show! The talent show will be held on July 31st so we better get to practicing. Practices will be held
at the building. Cost is:$0
Gattitown—June 9—Pizza and games! We are off to Lexington to enjoy some pizza and play some
games. We will be leaving the building at 3:00, pick up will be at 7:00.
Cost is:$18
Ice Cream Float Party—June 10—Ice Scream, you scream we all scream for ice cream! Join us at the building
for ice cream floats! Cost is: $2
Louisville Zoo—June 14—Lions, tigers and bears oh my! We are heading to Louisville to visit the zoo! Join
us in leaving early to beat the heat. Please make sure to pack a lunch! Cost: $12
Fathers Day Dinner—June 15—Happy Fathers Day! Dinner will be held from 5:30-6:30. Join us in
thinking the men in our life. Cost is: $5
Wesley Woods and Camping—June 16—Smores, campfires and outdoor fun! We are heading to Wesley
woods for a fun time out doors, we will return to stride where we will camp out. We will leave for Wesley
woods at 3:30. Pick up will be at STRIDE the following morning at 8:30A.M. Cost is: $10
Water Baseball—June 20—Lets play Ball! We will be staying cool while playing baseball. Join us for a
fun time of water baseball. Please pack outdoor clothes that can get wet, and pack sunscreen. Cost is:$2
Homemade Popsicles—June 23—Fruit pops! We will be making homemade popsicles to beat the heat.
Join us in making our own creations. Cost: $2
STRIDE Fiesta and dinner—June 23—Lets dance! Join us for a dance and dinner. We will be dancing
the night away and enjoying some pizza. Please be at the building at 3:00, pick up will be at 7:00.
Finding Door and dinner—June 27—Grab your drink and popcorn! We are heading to Richmond for a
movie and dinner! We will be stopping for dinner at Apollos Pizza. Join us from 3:00-8:30. Cost is: $15
Get Air and Dinner—June 28—Lets see how high we can jump! We are heading to Lexington to jump at
Get Air. We will then head to Gold Star for dinner. Please be at the building at 3:00, pick up will be at
8:00Cost is: $22
Bowling and Dinner— July2— Lets get a STRIKE! Lets enjoy a fun time bowling with our friends!
Drop off at the building at 3:15 P.M and Pick up will be at 5:30P.M. Cost is: $5
