First Amendment Petition for a Redress
of Grievances and Breach of Contract
In the Declaration of Independence our Forefathers outlined a list of breaches of the Living Souls’
Contract and various Crimes against God and Humanity. They, too, wished a Peaceful Solution to the problems
of the day. This is Our Generation’s Final Attempt for a Peaceful Solution. Take Heed and Mark Our Words for
ALL the Universe to rely upon.
1. Using Legalese and Wordplay, otherwise known as Fraud, to work their way around the Intent and Factuality
of We the Living Souls’ Sovereign Authority, Enabling Document and Contractual Terms to commit Fraudulent
Financial and Terroristic Crimes against Ourselves and Our Fellow Brothers and Sisters.
2. Outright, Continuous and Flagrant Breaches of the Original Contract by our so called representatives who are
violating their Duties, Obligations and Responsibilities as Public Servants and Public Trustees.
3. Aiding and Abetting of Foreign Agents by Our Public Servants and Public Trustees to allow International
Money Changers, and their Agents, to Infiltrate, Destroy, Rape and Pillage, at will, under Threat of Unlawful
Imprisonment and/or Death.
4. The Aided and Abetted Kidnapping of Our Children under various fraudulent and for profit commercial
schemes.
5. The Aiding and Furthering of military tribunals to utilize foreign jurisdictions in Absolute Contempt and
Breach of the Original Contract in collusion with foreign powers.
6. The Aiding and Furthering of the Unlawful Legislating from the bench of military judges and military
jurisdiction in Absolute Defiance and Breach in furtherance of a Fraudulent Commercial Scheme.
7. Placing Our jails and prisons under the control and authority of military tribunals, and the judges thereof, in
furtherance of a fraudulent commercial scheme.
8. Giving fictional entities endless authority and legal protection to rape and pillage Our Land, Environment
and Fellow Brothers and Sisters.
9. The Breaching of Contractual Oaths to support, uphold and defend that which permitted Certain and
Expressed Authorities for the Securing and Protection of our Rights, Privileges, Freedoms, Immunities and
Properties so Granted and Authored by God.
10. Creating and blending of jurisdictions not expressly permitted by Our Original Contract to perpetrate
Fraudulent and Violent Interactions.
11. The Swearing and Affirming of False Oaths to attempt to legally evade the Public Servants’ and Public
Trustees’ Contractual Duties, Obligations and Responsibilities.
12. Unlawfully turning Our State over to, and under the authority of, a private, international body not
contemplated, nor beholden, to Our Original Contract who are presently operating as the UNITED STATES
and UNITED NATIONS.
13. The legislating of so-called crimes not Expressly Permitted by Our Original Contract.
14. Unlawful and Violent Intrusions into the Personal Affairs and Dealings of We the Living Souls’ Lives as
we Pursue Our Lives, Liberties and Pursuit of Happiness as Authorized by Our Only authority, the Almighty
Author of All.
Immediate and Absolute Remedies Sought and
DEMANDED are as Follows:
1. The Immediate and Unconditional Public Affirmations, under Penalty of Breach of Contract,
Perjury, Treason and Sedition, by Any and All Public Servants and Public Trustees, regardless
of title, position and office, from the lowest to the highest, to Uphold, Support and Defend the
Original Contract Authorized by the Living Souls known as the Constitution of Washington
(earliest version) ratified by the people from the first day of October in the Year of Our Lord
one thousand eight hundred eighty nine (1889), and, in addition to the aforementioned, to
Uphold, Support and Defend Our Unlimited and Inalienable Rights, Privileges, Freedoms,
Immunities and Properties as Granted and Authored by the Almighty Author of All, without
Exceptions and Conditions.
2. The Immediate and Unconditional Public Severing, Voiding, Cancellation and Repudiation
of Any and All ties and contractual obligations with, and to, the UNITED STATES and
UNITED NATIONS, both of which are foreign and privately controlled corporations, and a
Public Assertion of Absolute Compliance to the Constitution for the United States of America
c1819.
3. The Complete, Absolute and Unconditional Public Cancelling, Repealing and Rescinding of
Any and All codes, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, et cetera of the federal territory
STATE OF WASHINGTON, State of Washington, Washington, et cetera and its subdivisions,
instrumentalities and creations, the Constitution of Washington (earliest version) ratified by the
people from the first day of October in the Year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred eighty
nine (1889), to the date of this Petition and Demand, such being an Absolute and Unconditional
complete restart and reset to Proper and Expressly Authorized Constitutional Moorings.

As Any and All Sovereign Authority always has, and will, Reside and Emanate from the
Living Souls domiciled by Freewill Choice on this Sovereign Soil. Any Failure by the self
proclaimed and purported Public Servants and Public Trustees to Absolutely Adhere to, and
Follow, the aforementioned Demands and Remedies to correct their Breaches of Contract, with
the Living Souls, and Perjury, Sedition and Treason, against the Living Souls, will require Any
and All possible Lawful actions, without limitation, to be utilized and implemented after a
period of seven calendar days. Replies shall be digital and/or physical in nature, with responses

NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL
NON-NEGOTIABLE AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Public Notice of Acceptance and Acknowledgement
of Declaration of Independence, Constitutions and Oath(s) of Office
Public Notice for ALL agents, assigns, successors, office holders, contractors, public servants,
employees, and public trustees, et cetera, hereinafter referred to as public servants, operating under the STATE
OF WASHINGTON, State of Washington, Washington, et cetera and its subdivisions, instrumentalities and
creations.
We the Living Souls’ contract being the Declaration of Independence c1776, Constitution for the United
States of America c1819 and the Constitution of Washington c1889, and the MANDATED oath(s) of office of
the above named public servants, amounts to nothing more than an offer of an intention to act, or refrain from
acting, in a specified way between the government and the sovereign, private Living Souls, and for other
purposes, and is binding only to those who choose to be subject to it, i.e. those public servants who swear an
oath to uphold, support and defend the aforementioned Documents.
BE IT KNOWN by these Presents that I,

freewill choice on Sovereign Soil, whose law form is God’s common law and venue is an Article III compliant
Court of Washington and/or the United States of America, intelligently, knowingly and willingly DO HEREBY
CHOOSE to HONOR YOUR OFFER and conditionally ACCEPT and ACKNOWLEDGE each respective
mandated oath of the aforesaid public servants, and conditionally ACCEPT and ACKNOWLEDGE the
Declaration of Independence c1776, Constitution for the United States of America c1819 and the Constitution
of Washington c1889; conditionally ACCEPTED and ACKNOWLEDGED ONLY in their original form,
without accepting or acknowledging ANY other contracts before or amendments after the stated dates, or laws
in pursuance thereof. The respective oaths are the public servants OPEN and BINDING offer of promise to
form a firm and binding contract between the public servants, their commercial, military and political
instrumentalities and me, myself in my sovereign, private capacity.
By my conditional ACCEPTANCE and ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I require that in ALL of your
actions as a public servant, as may, in any way, pertain to me, you will faithfully perform ALL of your
promises, and stay in honor, within the limitations of ONLY the Documents you have sworn to defend, uphold
and support and NOTHING further. You will further NOT create and/or proceed with ANY ex parte
proceedings, unsubstantiated, unwarranted or unstated presumptions, quasi contracts, or quasi in rem actions.
You will further seek ONLY true facts and clearly tell the truth completely and unreserved at ALL times in
ALL places. You will further respect and unconditionally protect my God given sacred, secured and
unalienable rights of LIFE, LIBERTY and PRIVATE PROPERTY and ALL rights antecedent thereto and
therefrom at ALL times in ALL places. Should this NOT be true then let the record be corrected or it will stand
as truth in seven days.
The foregoing Lawful Notice is made in good faith and explicitly without recourse and now constitutes a
binding contract and ANY deviation there from must, and will, be a breach of contract, a violation of
substantive due process, a breach of Public Trust, perjury, treason, sedition and a breach of fiduciary duty.
MEMORANDUM: Declaration of Independence c1776, The Constitution for the United States of
America c1819, and Constitution of Washington c1889 acting prospectively, declaring ONLY rights and
procedures for the future but NOT diminishing ANY rights extant prior to the establishment of the political
nation and political state, and NO new powers contrary to the God given unalienable, sacred, secured and
sovereign rights, immunities, privileges, freedoms, properties, etc. were granted by me to ANY body politic, or
foreign, commercial corporation.
