GH493 ~ MatchMate Global En856R12 4-Spiral
GH493 is a high pressure, four-spiral hose which exceeds SAE100R12 requirements and meets 4SP performance in sizes -6 thru -16, but is more flexible (NEW
design) and also meets MSHA flame resistance specifications, is USCG/MMT
SAE J1942 listed (contact factory for exact USCG approvals), and meets DNV
and ABS requirements. When used in conjunction with MatchMate TTC12 fittings this hose offers very high pressure at half the bend radius of standard SAE
hoses and competing brands - thereby permitting easier installation and routing.
Being a “Matchmate” & “Triple Crown” product, it is not only designed to reduce
assembly time and simplify identification when coupling (contact us for more
information) it is also manufactured with advanced technology & superior rubber
compounds allowing for increased pressure ratings, greater temperature range
& better abrasion resistance as compared to other SAE100R12 hoses - making
it truly a longer lasting product. It will handle petroleum based hydraulic fluids,
water, gasoline, diesel, and lubricating oils. Its cover is resistant to abrasion,
oil, and weathering.

FC736 ~ Bruiser RN856R12 4-Spiral
FC736 is an extremely tough, flexible, 4-spiral hydraulic hose. It incorporates the
BRUISER cover which is truly extra-heavy duty for applications where abrasion
(which eventually leads to hose failure) is a problem and a protective wrap would
typically be required. Seeing is believing, the cover is very difficult to dig into
and tests show it is more abrasion resistant than traditional rubbers. This hose
is also much more flexible than standard SAE hoses. It will handle petroleum
based hydraulic fluids, gasoline, water, diesel, and lubricating oils.
