DESCRIPTION. Gaining in reputation year on year this privately owned fishery boasts three
Top Pool
pools. Bottom Pool at 1.5 acres is a mixed fishery with catfish to 37 lb, carp to 25 lb, bream to
7 lb, tench to 6 lb, crucians and perch to 3 lb, roach and rudd to 2 lb 8 oz. Middle Pool,
0.75 acres, has carp to 15 lb, catfish to 6 lb, crucians to 3 lb plus roach and rudd to 1 lb. Top
Pool, 1.25 acres, is similarly stocked to the Bottom Pool but without the catfish.

TACTICS. Leger halibut pellets for the catfish and bigger carp. Multiple carp bags come to waggler
fished maggot, over a decent bed of hemp. Tench fall to float fished corn or worms, while crucian carp
go for smaller baits like bread punch, maggot or caster. Conventional feeder fished redworm
tipped with a maggot or a caster is good for bream.
Middle Pool
GOOD SWIMS. Try those feature swims marked on the fishery plan.

TICKETS. Adults pay £7 for one rod, £10 for two; under-16s, OAPs and registered

the way in. Night fishing is strictly by prior appointment. Barbless hooks only, no

LOCATION. From J12 on the M1 take the road into Toddington. Pass the church on
the left and turn right at Threshers into Park Road. Pass Long
Lane on your right, continue on Park Road and turn left
