(Early arrivals discouraged!!) 10:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Inspections – Must complete inspection before braking and maneuverability can be attempted. Following completion of inspections, cars impounded at registration (BUS) until 3:00 - 3:15 when YOUR TEAM will move them to car show area. 10:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Braking and Maneuverability 12:00 - 2:45 p.m. Campus/Program area tours. Conducted by Student Government Association and Recruitment; prearrange a tour by calling Kevin Vosters at 920-735-4835 3:00 - 3:15 p.m. Move ALL vehicles to the Car Show area (Auto Lab) 3:30 - 3:45 p.m. Mandatory team event briefing for ALL participants (Auto Lab) 3:50 - 4:50 p.m. WEEVA Advisor/Membership meeting (Room TBD); Car Show set-up (Auto Lab) 5:00 - 5:45 p.m. WEEVA Car Show (Auto Lab) 6:00 - 6:20 p.m. Electrathon teams to PSTC - W6400 County Rd BB, Appleton (Electrathon volunteers meet Electrathon Coordinator near bus soon after arrival) 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. Electrathon driver meeting @ Finish Line (Mandatory) (team prep car for heat) 7:10 - 8:10 p.m. Electrathon Heat #1 (mandatory 1-minute pit stop required) Schedule is subject to change due to weather. Saturday, May 6 6:30 - 7:00 a.m. Teams arrive at Public Safety Training Center (W6400 County Rd BB, Appleton) 7:15 - 8:00 a.m. Supermileage Driver Meeting and track orientation (mandatory). Supermileage advisors, prepare for volunteer efforts at assigned locations. 7:40 a.m. Electrathon volunteer meeting with Electrathon Coordinator near bus (Lap Counters & Pit Timers) *Each team must provide one volunteer per Electrathon Car Registered 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Electrathon Heat #2 (mandatory 1-minute pit stop required) 8:45 a.m. Supermileage begins staging/fueling. 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Supermileage Heats 1:40 p.m. Electrathon volunteer meeting with Electrathon Coordinator near bus. (Lap Counters & Pit Timers) * Each team must provide one volunteer per Electrathon Car Registered. 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. Electrathon Heat #3 3:00 - 3:30 Clean-up of PSTC 3:30 p.m. Awards Ceremony - Supermileage and Electrathon 5:00 p.m. Pack it in, Pack it out!!
