Tunie’s Siberians guarantees kittens for genetic defects for one year if that said
defect is evidenced in an autopsy report. Tunie’s will replace that kitten with
another of the same type (pet/breed/show). No cash refunds will be
given. _______
Tunie’s Siberians asks that the Buyer must agree to take excellent care of their
kitten and always provide veterinary care when needed and also as a preventative
to disease or illness. Please bring your new kitten to the vet within four days of
bringing him or her home. ________
Tunie’s will accept a kitten return due to an allergy within the first 14 days from
purchase. The purchase price will be refunded minus the original $200 deposit.
The buyer may not have any other pets on the premises for this to be valid. All
kittens returning to our cattery must have a Health Certificate issued no more than
two days prior to their return if more than three days has lapsed since the
purchase. ________
Pets must be spayed or neutered within six to eight months of birth. Registration
papers will be only issued when a copy of a receipt from a licensed veterinarian
indicating the animal has been spayed or neutered is received by Tunie’s
Siberians._________
Tunie’s Siberians is no longer responsible for the cat/kitten once it has been
released to the buyer or airline employees/or shipping agents of any kind. Buyer
may elect to purchase insurance through the airline or transportation company to
cover
the
transportation
of
the
kitten.

Buyer agrees that if any of the terms of this agreement are violated, breeder may
reclaim this kitten without refund of purchase price. The buyer agrees to pay all
court costs if this agreement is litigated, and that any suit shall be filed and tried in
Minnesota under the laws of the State of Minnesota. _________
