Robert A. Maginn, Jr. Chairman & Chief Executive Officer As Chairman and CEO, Bob led Jenzabar’s transformation from a dot-com start-up to an industry-leading enterprise solution provider. Prior to joining Jenzabar, Bob held the positions of Senior Partner and Director at Bain & Company, a leading global business and strategy consulting firm. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Liberal Arts in government from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton. Patricia Barnett Vice President, Human Resources Pat leads all Human Resource initiatives to benefit the associates of Jenzabar and has been with the company for over 26 years. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kennedy Western University and has held a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification with the Society of Human Resources for the past 11 years. Jamison Barr General Counsel & Vice President of Partner Relationships Jamison oversees Jenzabar’s legal affairs, managing its legal group and providing legal advice to the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining Jenzabar in 2001, he represented emerging technology companies in private practice. Jamison earned his JD from Western New England University School of Law, where he was a member of its National Moot Court team, and is a magna cum laude graduate of Bob Jones University. Ben Bassett Vice President and General Manager, Managed Services Ben directs and leads Jenzabar’s Managed Services division and the Technical Services team. Prior to the company’s acquisition by Jenzabar, he served as President of Campus America. He began his career in Software Development at Campus America and went on to work in consulting, implementation services, support, and sales. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Computer Science from Plymouth State University. MANAGEMENT TEAM Jenzabar’s Senior Management Team Ling Chai President & Chief Operating Officer Ling founded Jenzabar in 1998 and has previously served as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Prior to Jenzabar, she worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, a leading global business and strategy consulting firm. In 2010 Ling founded All Girls Allowed, a charitable organization dedicated to ending China’s onechild policy. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Liberal Arts in public affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University, and an undergraduate degree from Beijing University. Sam Burgio Executive Vice President and General Manager ~ Jenzabar EX Business Unit Sam drives strategic direction of the flagship ERP system Jenzabar EX and heads account management and national sales of the enterprisewide product line. He is also responsible for Jenzabar PX, QX, and TE, as well as Jenzabar Mobile and Jenzabar Learning & Development. A former Dean of Student Enrollment at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Sam has held a number of higher education consulting positions. Prior to joining Jenzabar, he was a business development manager at BearingPoint, one of the world’s largest business consulting, systems integration, and managed services firms. Sam holds a Master’s in Education from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Oswego. Jayne Edge Vice President, Marketing Jayne leads corporate and product marketing for Jenzabar’s broad solution portfolio. With more than 30 years of experience in the higher education industry, she has held various positions overseeing strategic planning, business development, professional services, product management, and corporate marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University and an MBA from the Smith School, University of Maryland. Mimi Flanagan Sashi Parthasarathi Executive Vice President and General Manager ~ Jenzabar CX/JX Business Unit Vice President, Finance Mimi manages Jenzabar’s Finance and Information Technology departments. She has over 20 years of financial management experience. Prior to joining Jenzabar, she held the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration at a privately held service organization, where she was responsible for all accounting, revenue processing, information technology, and human resources functions. Mimi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. Sashi drives the strategic direction of the flagship ERP system Jenzabar CX/JX and heads account management and national sales of the enterprise-wide product line. In addition, she is responsible for Jenzabar eLearning, Jenzabar Retention, and Jenzabar Analytics— well as Jenzabar’s continued expansion into international higher education markets. She brings more than 20 years of experience managing finances, human resources, and professional services. Prior to the merger of Jenzabar and Quodata Corporation, she served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Quodata. Sashi holds a Master’s in Industrial Relations and Business Administration from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois. Hans Kobler Managing Director, Innovations Hans leads Jenzabar Innovations, providing innovative software solutions to our ERP clients and the broader industry. He brings a wealth of expertise to Jenzabar after having spent more than 20 years in various technology commercialization and development functions as an operator, investor, and advisor at ICx Technologies, Digital Power Capital, General Electric, and Bain & Company. Hans holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, attended INSEAD in Fontainebleau (SS), and received a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from the Technical University of Munich. Erik Nilsson Burt Rubenstein Vice President, Student Success Solutions Burt is responsible for Jenzabar’s Student Success business unit, including Jenzabar Retention. He has led several software companies as Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Engineering, and Vice President of Product Management. Burt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from MIT and continued graduate studies at the Sloan School of Management. Vice President of Strategy Erik leads Jenzabar’s strategic initiatives including Corporate Strategy and Planning. Erik’s extensive technology business development background includes: VP of Marketing and Sales at CMDI; Founder and President of Fundly, the internet’s largest social fundraising platform; and Founder and President of ElephantCalendar, a paper-based computing platform.
