What Happens to Your Pet After You Drop Them Off?
Leaving your pet with strangers is very stressful, especially if you are not sure
what happens to them once you leave. We want you to know that your pets are
in good hands. Your pet stays in a carrier until the transport truck comes. Once
the temperature controlled truck arrives, your pet is loaded and carefully buckled
in for safe travels. Your pet is then transported to Pets Alive where loving staff
members unload and prepare them for surgery. Once surgery is over, your pet is
cared for overnight. They are fed, loved, and interacted with by staff. The next
day all pets are loaded back into the truck and the truck delivers them back to us.
At this time you can pick your pet up. Pets Alive is located in Bloomington, IN.
2015 Happy Tails
We love to hear how the kitties we rescue are doing after
adoption. Here are a few photos we have received. To see more,
please visit our Happy Tails page located on our website!
Trap-Neuter-Release
We trapped over 100 feral cats
and relocated 76 of them to new
barn homes. All ferals were
spayed/neutered and ear-tipped.

cats adorable, they
use their long whiskers to make sure their body will be able
to fit through tight openings. If the whiskers bend or move,
the cat knows it won’t be able to fit.
