I am pleased to announce that VersaTech Automation Services has purchased the assets
of Precision Systems, LLC, a thirteen year old automation and controls company
headquartered in the New Orleans area. The acquisition of Precision Systems fits well
with VersaTech’s strategic growth initiative and provides us with a top quality control
system fabrication facility in the New Orleans area. The facility is approximately 15,000
sq. ft. and includes quality office space and a warehouse, shop, and climate-controlled
fabrication and testing area. This facility will complement VersaTech’s existing control
system fabrication facilities in Houston, Texas and Dubai, UAE, and VersaTech’s field
service operation, based in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. The acquisition of Precision Systems
will increase VersaTech’s technical staff and will allow us to better serve our customers
in the New Orleans area.
